If you have placed an order and it is released on time but you have not received it through email, you are here-by requested to fetch the files from our website: www.decentdigitizing.com by logging in with your user name and password to your account.

• Full Refund is guaranteed if our customers are not satisfied with our services.
• We make sure that all our orders are processed on timely basis.
• Any order placed after 5pm Central Standard Time on Fridays will be released on Monday morning, unless you have spoken to one of our Representatives in special cases.
• Customers are urged to run sample sew outs before moving to full production.
